Each year, our Annual Report contains more information about the results, reach, and impact of our social work in Caucagüita.
Behind every number are people, stories, and anecdotes, all supported by a team of professionals, an active board of directors, and committed partners who work for the well-being and education of our kids and their community.
What we achieved
In 2024, we doubled the number of direct beneficiaries by focusing our efforts on prioritizing children’s education and expanding our reach. We did this by adding new schools to our programs and gaining new partners.
For Bernardo Guinand Ayala, our founder and president, the team’s commitment is “that not a single child in Caucagüita is left behind without learning to read and write.” We know that doing this alone is an impossible task.

More and better opportunities
Through well-being, education, and sustainability —our strategic lines of action— we are making concrete changes and achieving transformations. Here are the key performance indicators (KPIs) from our 2024 management that prove it:
- 3,843 people directly benefited from our programs. This is 99% more than the number of beneficiaries in 2023.
- 88% of them are between 6 and 11 years old, and 6% are between 12 and 18.
- 1,002 hours of training were provided.
- We regularly support 10 schools in Caucagüita.
- 245 volunteers contributed 4,139 hours of service.
- Reading on Wheels program proved effective in leveling and/or accelerating the reading and writing skills of children under 10 who had not yet mastered these abilities.
- 32 ambassadors for the Impronta Challenge showed that solidarity begins with one person and multiplies by the thousands.
At Fundación Impronta, we closed out 2024 with a lot of hard work, certainty, and partnerships that allowed us to continue being a force for good in Venezuela, especially for the children and young people of Caucagüita.y alianzas que nos permitieron continuar siéndole útil a Venezuela, en especial a nuestros niños y jóvenes de Caucagüita.
