- Providing uniforms, balls, and equipment to 8 sports schools specializing in futsal, basketball, and volleyball.
- Offering training to 25 community delegates and coaches in sports infrastructure maintenance, soft skills, and sustainability for the sports school.

Caucagüita 5K Run
This sparked the idea of organizing a 5K race within the parish, involving the very beneficiaries of our programs.
Despite the challenging route -streets that are truly steep between La Embajada and Turumo sectors- the number of runners continues to grow. Participants range from children as young as 10 years old to adults over 70.
Typically held between October and November, this event serves as a gathering and celebration for both locals and visitors.
Key to the success of the Caucagüita 5K Run are our partnerships with community sports schools, sponsors, and all the volunteers who join us.

Impronta 42K Challenge and Special Olympics:
City of Doral in the USA, holds the largest number of runners participating in the Impronta Challenge outside of Caracas. This achievement is attributed to the drive and organization of mothers and volunteers from the Special Olympics movement in this city. As a result, the majority of runners are young individuals with special needs and their families.
The event takes place at Doral Glades Park, showcasing boundless solidarity and well-being for all involved.
If you’re in Miami and want to participate as a runner, volunteer, or ally, please reach out to: info@impronta.org.ve

History

On September 22, 2020, we announced the Impronta 42K Challenge, a virtual marathon with a real purpose: to bring more and better sports to the young people of Caucagüita.
On October 24, 2020, 83 children, adolescents, and adults who benefit from our programs ran in the Caucagüita 5k Run, the first race held in the parish.
On November 1, 2020, our Impronta 42K Challenge made its debut with 670 participants running simultaneously in 67 cities and 24 countries.
In the same year, for the first time, 20 young athletes from the Special Olympics team in Doral, USA, along with their parents, participated in the challenge, demonstrating that there are no barriers to solidarity.
In 2021, we added six Ambassadors who ran marathons in Valencia, Berlin, Boston, and Barcelona, as well as two who completed half marathons in San Sebastián and Caracas.
On November 5, 2022, we achieved a record number of participants in our Caucagüita 5K race: 233 runners of all ages, ranging from 10 to 71 years old.
For the first time, thanks to the support of the Baruta Municipality, Hipereventos, Gatorade, and Venemergencias, on November 13, 2022, we closed Río de Janeiro Avenue and part of Las Mercedes, to hold a 100% in-person race in Caracas.
We concluded 2022 with 10 active Impronta Challenge Ambassadors, giving a social purpose to their races in Boston, Berlin, Chicago, New York, and Valencia.
In 2023, 764 individuals took on the challenge and participated in one of the three dates on our calendar: the walk-run event in Doral on November 19, the Caucagüita 5K on November 25, and the grand day of the Impronta 42K Challenge on December 10.
Runners from 27 cities around the world registered and participated, including cities such as Caracas, Madrid, Mexico City, Hamburg, Bogotá, Toronto, London, Paris, Montreal, and Copenhagen, among others.
On November 30, 2025, the sixth edition of the Reto Impronta took place, incredibly bringing together nearly 1,000 runners across three events and 20 cities. Participating locations included Hamburg, Madrid, Panama City, New York, Puerto Cabello, Mexico City, London, Glasgow, Valencia, Boston, Copenhagen, Doral and Caracas.
